Purpose

Exhia provides business software, usage licenses, secured downloads and associated support and maintenance services.

Licenses

Licenses are granted to an organization according to products, platforms, duration, seats and terms specified at the time of order.

Payment

Prices, payment methods, subscription periods and renewals are shown in the checkout process or contractual documents.

Use

The customer agrees to use the software for its intended purpose and not to bypass licensing or security mechanisms.

Support and maintenance

Support level, updates and maintenance depend on the active offer and associated terms.

VAT and billing

As long as Exhia benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme, invoices are issued without VAT and include the applicable VAT exemption notice. If the tax regime changes, prices and billing documents may be updated.
